Lake Facing Rooms
With stunning views over Lake Wakatipu our 17 Lake Facing Rooms (12 have private balconies) newly refurbished with new King split beds, Ipod Docks/Radio, new furniture inlcuding LCD screen with ensuite bathroom with shower only.  Tea & Coffee making facility and Wifi available for a small cost

Superior Room
We have only 16 Superior rooms, each with Queen & Single bed and some interconnecting.  With views towards the majestic Ben Lomand Mountain Range and getting the warm afternoon sun.  Spacious rooms with 12 that  open out onto your own private balcony or onto a lovely grassed courtyard area.  All rooms have LCD screens, en-suite bathrooms with shower, tea & coffee making facilities, in room refrigerator and large wardrobe areas.

Courtyard Rooms
We have 40 Courtyard Rooms, each with twin, triple or king bed configuration available depending on your needs. All on the upper level, 19 of these rooms have a private balcony. Each room has a refrigerator, TV with in-house movies and ensuite bathroom. If you require certain bedding configuration please let us know

One Bedroom Apartments
Our 5 One Bedroom Apartments have one queen sized bed with interconnecting rooms available to twin. These apartments feature tea and coffee making facilities and in-room internet, as well as a private balcony and refrigerator.

Two Bedroom Apartments
Each of the 4 Two Bedroom Apartment has one queen bed and two single beds making these ideal for families and groups of people travelling together. Your apartment has a private balcony, refrigerator, TV with in-house movies and ensuite bathroom.
