Santa Maria Motel (Rotorua)

Hello and welcome to the Santa Maria Motel in Rotorua. We are an old, well established Motel with the first units being put on site in the 50s.

Our customers just keep coming back, some have been using this Motel for 30+ years, each customer has use of our spa pool – great for all year round pleasure!! Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk in all units, on arrival. Sky TV in all units.

We offer family units with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 to 8 persons, 2-bedroom units for 4 persons, and studios which have a double and a single bed, Sky TV, and coffee-making facilities.

All family units and 2-bedroom units have full kitchen facilities and washing machines. Microwaves are provided in all units. Cots and highchairs available on request.

Guest laundry complete with dryer, iron and ironing board are available. Large, secluded, covered BBQ area with lighting for evenings, and a large table with seating for at least 12 people, so even though our units are all non-smoking, there is plenty of room outside.

All units are ground-floor with ample parking and decked seating areas in front and a lawn area at the rear. Cooked or continental breakfasts are available, and fast-food outlets are within yards of the entrance.
