B’s over the Bay is a very functional holiday home, set on a large site overlooking the beautiful and relaxing sea views of the Russell harbor – you will also see Paihia and Waitangi from the balcony.

The living area is open plan; with sitting, dining and stylish kitchen. A wood burning fireplace is ready to use on cooler evenings. The lounge area opens out to the balcony via sliding ranch slider doors, glass balustrade allows you to enjoy the magnificent views…

The master bedroom has a king bed and is en-suited, bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds that could be joined to make an oversize queen should there be 3 couples. The main bathroom contains a shower, vanity and toilet.

A barbeque is available for guests to utilise under the covered area at the back of the house.

Complimentary Wi-Fi / broadband access. 

Please note: For your comfort the house is a non-smoking property you are more than welcome to smoke outside.
